Third-party services in the FamEasy app
The FamEasy mobile app does not use browser cookies. However, it does use the following services that process data:
- Supabase – Authentication, database, and file storage (child profiles, health logs, growth data, journal entries, chat messages, photos). Data encrypted in transit and at rest.
- OpenRouter / OpenAI – AI-powered parenting advice through our chat specialists. Conversations are processed to generate responses but are not used to train AI models.
- RevenueCat – Subscription and payment management via Apple App Store / Google Play.
- Sentry – Crash reporting and error monitoring to improve app stability. May include anonymized user IDs for debugging.
- Expo Push Notifications – Delivery of reminders and tips. Your push token is stored securely.
Data collected by the app
- Child profiles (name, date of birth, gender)
- Growth measurements (weight, height, head circumference)
- Health logs (sleep, feeding, mood, temperature, medication)
- Caregiver wellbeing (mood, stress, energy, sleep quality)
- Journal entries (with optional AI sentiment analysis)
- Photos and videos of your children
- Chat conversations with AI specialists
